Industrial Cast-In Heating Solution

Pressed In Brass Coil Heater

Pressed In Brass Coil Heaters combine the advantages of traditional cast-in brass heaters while eliminating many of the limitations associated with the casting process. Designed for superior thermal performance and precise heat profiling, these heaters provide exceptional heat transfer, faster response times, and improved temperature control. The precision-machined brass construction ensures exact repeatability of the heating profile while protecting the heating coil and thermocouple from damage during manufacturing. Available with flexible design options including internal, external wound-in, and slotted thermocouple configurations, these heaters are ideal for demanding hot runner and injection molding applications requiring accuracy, reliability, and long service life.

ARIHANT Pressed In Brass Coil Heaters are engineered to provide exceptional thermal performance, rapid response, and highly repeatable heating profiles for critical industrial applications. Unlike conventional cast brass heaters, the heating element is never exposed to molten brass, eliminating the risk of coil displacement or thermocouple damage during manufacturing. The precisely machined brass body ensures uniform heat distribution and superior heat transfer efficiency while maintaining excellent dielectric strength and long operational life. Available with integrated Type J or Type K thermocouples, flexible cold sections, sealed transition heads, and custom heat profiling options, these heaters are widely used in hot runner systems.

Fast Response Heating

Delivers up to 8% faster thermal response compared to traditional cast-in brass heaters.

Uniform Heat Profile

Precision-machined brass channels ensure superior heat transfer and temperature consistency.
