Low Density Cartridge Heaters are a proven and economical heating solution designed for applications requiring moderate temperatures and lower watt densities. Manufactured using premium nickel-chromium resistance wire and precision-engineered construction techniques, these heaters provide uniform heat distribution, reliable electrical conductivity, and extended service life. With maximum surface loads up to 5 W/cm² and sheath temperatures reaching 350°C, they are ideal for manifold heating, dies, platens, packaging equipment, extrusion machinery, and injection molding systems.
