Coil Heaters

Coil Heaters are specially designed for smaller diameter nozzles, nozzle tips, hot runner systems, and precision heating applications where high watt density and accurate temperature control are required. These heaters can be formed into grooves and customized shapes to create complex three-dimensional heating applications. Their large cross-sectional area provides greater power output compared to conventional micro coil heaters, making them ideal for demanding hot runner environments. Coil Heaters are available with optional J-Type or K-Type thermocouples for precise temperature sensing and control. Designed for maximum heat transfer, corrosion resistance, and long service life, they ensure uniform temperature profiles and superior performance in plastics processing industries.
