Manufactured using premium nickel-chrome resistance winding, high-purity ceramic insulation, ceramic fiber protection, and stainless steel or aluminized steel casing, these heaters provide rapid heat transfer and outstanding durability.

Energy Saving Box Type Insulation Ceramic Band Heaters are designed to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency while dramatically reducing power consumption in industrial heating applications. The heaters utilize high-purity ceramic insulation, nickel-chrome 80/20 resistance winding, ceramic fiber protection, and a specially engineered 25 mm thick ceramic fiber insulating blanket on the outer surface. This advanced insulation minimizes heat loss and can achieve energy savings of up to 40% compared to conventional band heaters. Even while operating at internal temperatures around 300°C, the outer surface temperature remains significantly lower, improving operator safety and workplace comfort.
